Ownership is available to qualified tenants that occupy space in the Baptist 1026 Building. Features of the Capital Investment Ownership Program Include:
Boldt and participating tenants become joint owners of the project through a Private Placement Offering.
Tenants can participate in ownership in proportion to the amount of space they occupy.
Boldt takes development and construction risk.
• No tenant guaranties are required for any project financing
• No capital calls
Boldt will own and fund any portion of the project that tenants elect not to own.
